Since 1932, Chet Johnson Drug has been Amery's pharmacy leader.  We have always been committed to delivering the highest quality care to our patients and customers.  Ellie’s Ice Cream and Coffee Shoppe is an extension of the pharmacy business and will provide the same exceptional service our customers have come to expect. 

 

Job Overview:

An Ellie’s Customer Service team member requires friendly and consistent service.  General job functions include using preparing menu items and sales, offering suggestions and making sure the store is neat and orderly.

Requirements:

• Customer Service experience preferred, not required

• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a busy environment required

• Friendly and helpful personality and team attitude a must

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Tasks:

• Customer Service is #1 Priority! Provide exceptional, personalized, friendly service.

• Prepare and serve all menu items efficiently and consistently

• Perform opening, hourly and closing cleaning duties

• Continually refresh and restock food items, paper products, serving items

• Perform point-of-sale, cash register tasks in a responsible, accurate and timely manner.

• Make sure that the tables, counters, chairs, and display shelves are organized, clean and neat and unnecessary items are removed

• Answer the phone in a courteous and professional manner

• Handle customer complaints and compliments graciously. If you are unable to address an issue, get assistance from a manager

• Be able to introduce and explain to customers the programs Ellie’s offers (example: Ellie’s Rewards, specials, coupons, etc)
